2. Why should I use Super Cert Hosting?
There are many reasons why you should use Super Cert Hosting; here are a few of them:
No need to have your own domain to use our service.
One good feature about Super Cert Hosting is that you can keep your existing web site whether it is hosted by a free web site provider such as Yahoo, AOL, or Lycos, or your own domain such as yahoo.com or even a sub domain and still have access to use our secure servers. If it was not for Super Cert Hosting, you would have to either own your own domain name or pay another company to accept credit cards or host web based programs.
Instant and automatic access upon signup.
Within seconds of signing up for an account at Super Cert Hosting, your account will be created and you will receive an E-mail with your account information and instructions of how to use your Super Cert Hosting account. Most web hosting companies take much longer to do this. Other companies that sell security certificates usually take 3-5 days before they approve your personal, business, domain, and billing information. When you finally get your certificate from one of these companies, you have to have special software on your server in order to install your certificate, which costs extra money, or you have to pay someone else to install the certificate if you don't own your own server. You don't have to do any of that with Super Cert Hosting, everything is fast and automatic.
Increase your web traffic, sales, and customer confidence.
If you accept credit cards for your business or people send other sensitive information across your web site, it is critical that you use a secure server to process this information. When people connect to your secure web pages located on our secure servers, they will see a small icon of a lock at the bottom of their browser indicating that the page they are currently viewing is secure. More people will feel confident sending their information across your web site if they know the data is being sent across a secure connection.
No hassle with buying, installing, renewing, or waiting for your certificate.
Buying a certificate from all other certificate vendors is a long and complicated process that involves faxing your personal, business, domain, and billing information to the certificate vendor and waiting a few days before they approve or reject your information. Once you have your certificate, you must be sure that the server you are about to have your certificate installed onto has all the proper software to allow browsers to recognize the certificate. This process may take a few more days. Then comes renewing your certificate. At the end of each year you have to remember to renew your certificate from the company you bought it from, otherwise they will cancel your certificate usually without warning. When you get your certificate from Super Cert Hosting, the only thing you will have to do is sign up for an account, which will give you full access to our secure server.

8. How do I clear my browser cache?
There are several reasons you should clear your cache. You accumulate many small files in your temporary folder that should be periodically cleaned out. Caching often causes you to see older versions of Web sites, because the browser will often retrieve the old information, including sites that you have previously visited, stored in your hard drive.
When you make updates on your Web site and you do not see the changes, click Refresh at the top of the page. If you still do not see the updates, clean out your cache.
To clean out your cache:
If you are not sure what version of the browser you have, for Internet Explorer, look under the Help tab and click About Internet Explorer. In Netscape, just type in “about” in the Address line and it will tell you what version you have. Also, you see what version of the browser you have when you initially open the browser. If you do not have these most recent versions of browsers (IE 5.0 and Netscape 4.7), you can download browser updates for free at http://www.download.com.
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer 5.0:
- Go to Tools and click Internet Options
- Click General tab
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files, then under History, click Clear history
- Click Apply
- Click OK.
To clear your cache in Netscape 4.7:
- Click Communicator at top of browser
- Click Tools
- Click History
- Click Edit
- Click Preferences
- Under History (right hand lower corner), click Clear History
- Click OK
