How It Works

Be a part of our affiliate network by signing up using the Affiliate Application form. After your application has been approved, we will assign you an Affiliate ID and we will E-mail you instructions on how to link to our website. Our advanced Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions on credit card, check, money order, and PayPal purchases. You will also be given Real-Time order status for your account.

The Affiliate URLs we assign you will look like this:

The affiliate ID in the URL allows us to track online orders placed by people who used your Affiliate URL to enter http://www.supercerthosting.com/webgenie so that you receive proper payment.

Affiliate Program Terms And Conditions

• Web Genie Co. reserves the right to accept or decline Affiliate Application without explanation.
• Web Genie Co. reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time with immediate effect and not pay the commission if it's found that affiliate is exercising any of the Improper Business Practices listed below.
• Web Genie Co. reserves the right to change the rate of commission and/or the products included, although we will not do so without giving prior notice to existing affiliates.
• Web Genie Co. will pay 30% commission on the net revenue (excludes chargebacks or refunds) of sales of the Web Genie software identified as resulting from an affiliate within 30 days of the affiliate (a cookie system is used to track which affiliate a customer comes from and the cookie is the only recognized means of identifying a referral). A $15 commission will also be paid for each new affiliate you refer to us once the new affiliate you refer has made at least 1 sale.
• All payments will be made at the end of each month.
• Commissions will be paid on credit card, check, money order, and PayPal purchases.
• Payment will be in US dollars, by check. Please ensure you can accept US dollar checks before joining the program. If your bank charges you for handling US dollar checks, we will not be responsible for those bank charges.
• If a customer has been referred from more than one site, commission will only be paid to the first affiliate.

Improper Business Practices

Any affiliate activities considered by Web Genie Co. as improper are subject to the withholding affiliate fees, termination of affiliate account and legal prosecution to the maximum extent possible under the law.

Improper activities include, but are not limited to

• Using unsolicited email (and/or spam) to promote Affiliate's business or products sold (you may send personalized mails).
• Linking to our website from sites that contain clearly offensive material, promote any illegal activity, promote violence or discrimination.
• Providing customers with insufficient or misleading information about business, products, trademarks or copyrights.
• Any other method of promotion which, in our judgment, is likely to bring Web Genie Co. into disrepute.
